Submissions

Seeking provider, course or instructor approval is a critical step in regulatory management. This tab specifically overviews each step for the submissions and approvals that you seek. The average reviewing time by an agency once the required information is submitted can range from 30-120 days.

  • Provider Submissions

    If you are not currently an approved provider in a state, you’ll need to start here with your providership submission request. Some states require bonds, or other specific requirements to operate in a state as an educational provider. Provider Submission

  • Course Submissions

    Once you have providership approval, the next step is your course submissions. There are many required documents needed for these submissions. Also, be sure you identify the states and lines of authority that you would like your courses to be submitted for approval review.  Course Submissions

  • Seminar Submission

    Seminars also referred to as offerings in some industries, are the instances of live classroom courses that occur. There are certain state requirements related to seminars and offerings. An example is that an offering must be submitted a certain # of days prior to it being held. Make sure to work far in advance for your seminar submissions to ensure compliance Seminar Submission.

  • Instructor Submission

  • Roster Submission

    For students to receive credit for their courses it is imperative that rosters are completed thoroughly, accurately and according to regulatory requirements. Make sure all student signatures and instructor sign-offs are in place prior to submitting for reporting of credits. Also, some states require reporting within two days of the course, ensure you are providing rosters within time for timely reporting.  Roster Submission.
